Philippe Lasserre is Emeritus Professor of Strategy and Asian Business at INSEAD. He obtained his master degree from ESSEC (Paris) and his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin. Since 1975, he has been involved in teaching, research, and consulting in strategic management and international business. He is the author of various articles on strategy, business in Asia and joint ventures. He co-authored “Strategies for Asia Pacific” Macmillan (1995, 1999, 2006) and “Strategy and Management in Asia Pacific”, McGraw-Hill, 1999. He has been visiting professor in various Universities in Singapore, at the China European Business School in Beijing and Shaghai, Univeristy of Texas in Dallas, Curtin University in Perth, and Thunderbird University in Glendale Arizona. He lives in Singapore
